I’m beginning to develop a live class on limerence, and I’d love your input.
If you could have one question about limerence answered clearly and honestly…what would it be?
What do you most want to understand?
What feels most confusing, painful, or difficult to navigate?
No question is too basic, messy, or complicated.

I guess my question would be, what is it about this specific individual that makes me have such a strong reaction? He certainly didn't ask for it, nor does he want it.
My biggest question I always find myself asking is why did this happen to me ? What is the cause ? And why does it feel so shameful ?
I know it’s a multilayered answer but why that constantly comes up for me .
