I’ve talked before about how overwhelming limerent intrusive thoughts can be in the moment, especially when your body is activated and your mind won’t stop looping.
So, I created a short, very practical mini-course that offers some simple nervous system regulating and CBT-style tools for working with those thoughts when they pop up.
This isn’t my holistic approach to limerence - which incorporates the psychological, emotional, spiritual, and behavioral levels of limerence - but it is a useful first-aid kit for getting started.
